Kick It Heart
In 2009, we cooperated with Chelsea FC to found its first soccer school in Asia. Under the coaching leadership of Hong Kong football legend Leslie Santos the school quickly became one of the biggest and most successful football clubs in Hong Kong. In 2011, the school was registered as a Non-Profit Organization. In 2019, the company was renamed to "Kick It Heart Limited", aiming to continuously promote local culture and soccer development and signifcantly expand the scope of services to enhance connection to the community. Since April 2025, the soccer school began a new cooperation and is now known as AC Milan Academy Hong Kong.​​​

Roots
Our story begins with Dr Tan Siu-lin, the founder and chairman of Luen Thai Group. Dr Tan is an outstanding and well-known entrepreneur and philanthropist, who has generously contributed to his hometown, society, and country. In 1985, he founded the Tan Siu Lin Family Charity Foundation in Quanzhou to support education and medical services, and provide relief for the poor and disabled.
Dr Tan subsequently founded the Tan Siu Lin Foundation in 2007 to advance educational, medical, and charity work in society. The foundation also gives tremendous support to sports. Dr Tan's sons Raymond and Jerry - both passionate footballers - continue the charitable work with several projects in South East Asia which are integrated under the umbrella of TSL Football Foundation.
